Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader LK Advani was admitted to Apollo Hospital in Delhi at 9 pm on Wednesday. He has been admitted under the care of Dr. Vineet Suri. His condition is stable and he has been kept under observation.

The 96-year-old is facing age-related health effects. A few days ago, the patient was admitted to AIIMS in Delhi after his health deteriorated. According to information, he was admitted to the hospital due to age-related problems.

Bharat Ratna was given to God

Pandit ji was awarded the country’s highest civilian honour Bharat Ratna this year. May his departed soul rest in peace as he could not attend the ceremony organised at Rashtrapati Bhavan, so President Draupadi Murmu honoured him with Bharat Ratna at his residence on March 30. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Home Minister Amit Shah and LK Advani’s family members attended the opening ceremony.

Awarded the Padma Vibhushan in 2015

Earlier in 2015, he was awarded the Padma Vibhushan, the country’s second highest civilian award. LK Advani remained the seventh Deputy Prime Minister of India from 2002 to 2004. He is one of the co-founders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and a member of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. LK Advani was the longest-serving Home Minister from 1998 to 2004.

He is also the longest serving Congress leader. He was playing the role of a leading leader in the Ayodhya Ram Mandir movement. Panditji started his first Ram Rath Yatra on 25 September 1990 from Somnath in Gujarat which ended in Ayodhya. Through this journey, he is concerned about the Ram Mandir movement.
